Antoine Nongaillard

Antoine Nongaillard is a research associate in the LIFL Computer Science lab at Lille1 University. His work is about Artificial Intelligence and Game theory, more specifically multi-agent systems, distributed problem solving, social welfare, negotiation and resource allocation. He also teaches databases, Object-oriented programming and data structures. He defended his Ph.D. in 2009 according to a double degree program between Concordia University (Montreal,Canada) and University Lille1 (Lille,France).

Philippe Mathieu

Professor Philippe MATHIEU is the leader of the Multi-Agent Research team at the LIFL Computer Science lab (Lille1/CNRS). His research topics include behavior modelling in individual-based systems. He studies Artificial Economics where he models financial markets and trading behaviors. He also works on situated agents applied to simulation platforms and video games, in which he promotes Artificial Intelligence in the behavior of avatars. His research topics are situated at the crossroads of Artificial Intelligence and Software Engineering. He has published more than 80 papers in international conferences and directed more that 12 PhD students. He is currently the Vice President of Lille1 University, in charge of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT).
