Giovanni Cerulli serves as researcher at Ceris-CNR (Institute for Economic Research on Firms and Growth, National Research Council of Italy). His scientific activity is mainly devoted to the economic analysis of technical change and innovation policy at macro, industrial and firm level. Educated in statistics and economics (degree and PhD), his recent scientific production focuses on the evaluation of R&D and innovation policy programs, by means of econometric as well as computational quantitative techniques. Giovanni Cerulli is also Associate Editor of "World Review of Science, Technology and Sustainable Development" (WRSTSD).
