Martin Neumann

Martin Neumann received a Ph.D. in philosophy in 2002 at the university of Osnabrueck. From 2003 until 2007 he worked as a Lecturer at the department for Social Sciences at the University of Osnabrueck. From 2007 until 2009 he was a research assistant at Bayreuth University in the Project 'Emergence in the Loop' funded by the European Commission, in the framework of the initiative 'Simulating Emergent Properties in Complex Systems'. Subsequently he was Assistant Professor for Social Theory at RWTH Aachen University. Currently he is research associate at the institute for information systems in business and public administration at the univeristy of Koblenz, Germany, working in the EU funded project GLODERS on the global dynamics of extortion racket systems.
