Handi Chandra Putra

Handi Chandra Putra is a research assistant at the Rutgers Center for Green Building. His research focuses on social behavior simulation that combines planning and policy perspectives and artificial intelligence approaches. He holds a BA in Economics and Computer Science from the University of Texas at Austin, a MS in Technology from Texas State University, a MCRP from Rutgers University, and is currently a doctoral student in planning and public policy at Rutgers University.

Haiyan Zhang

Haiyan Zhangis an assistant research professor at Nanjing University. She received a Ph.D. in planning and public policy from Rutgers University, preceded by a B.S. in environmental chemistry and an M.S. in environmental planning and management from Nanjing University. Her main research interest lies in residential energy consumption change and climate change.

Clinton Andrews

Clinton Andrews is a professor of urban planning and policy development at Rutgers University. His research addresses behavioral, policy and planning questions related to the built environment. Dr. Andrews was educated at Brown and MIT as an engineer and planner. He worked in the private sector as a design engineer and technology assessor, and in academia as a researcher on energy policy at MIT and on science and technology policy at Princeton before coming to Rutgers in 1997, where he works on energy policy, climate change planning, and green building.
