Felix Flentge is a PhD student at the Institute of Computer Science at the University of Mainz. His main interest is social science simulation and socionics. The results presented in this paper are part of his master thesis.

Daniel Polani obtained his doctoral degree in computer science at the University of Mainz, Germany. Currently he is research assistant at the Institute of Neuro - and Bioinformatics at the University of Lübeck. His research interests are multiagent systems, artificial life, neural networks and evolutionary algorithms.

Thomas Uthmann earned a doctoral degree in Computer Science at the University of Osnabrück, Germany. Currently he holds a position as Professor at the University of Mainz, Institute of Computer Science. His research interests include concepts of artificial intelligence and soft computing, realising intelligent systems and behaviours, multiagent systems and modelling and simulation.
